GRADUATION!!

The day has arrived!  I can't believe Carson is graduating from High School!  The time goes by so fast.   His class, 2019, is the second class to graduate from Green Canyon High School.

The graduation ceremony was nice.  They keep the speakers short, but it still goes for a while as they get all of those kids across the stage for their diplomas!

Anniversary Celebration💘

For our 27th anniversary we decided to do something special since we don't most years.  I've been wanting to go to the Homestead Crater in Midway, Utah.  The Crater is a geothermal spring, hidden in a 55-foot tall, beehive-shaped limestone rock.  It's so cool!

We went on a trail run in the nearby Wasatch Mountain State Park.  We went 2.7 miles for our 27th anniversary! It was a beautiful trail and would be fun to explore more sometime!

We planned to stay overnight in the area at the Swiss-inspired Zermatt Resort.  We had a couples massage that was so relaxing and had some delicious pastries from the bakery.

Memorial Day

 No school today, so we had a little fun and went bowling with the boys.  We won't get many more moments like this.

I had to get a close up of this look.  Carson has been wearing his pants like this which is such a throwback to the 80s.  We always "pegged" our pants the exact same way.  😀

Katelyn's newest adventure

 Wildflowers on the kitchen table are a sure sign that Katelyn was home for the weekend!

Now she is headed to Mesa, Arizona, for the summer to work for the Anasazi Foundation (a non-profit wilderness therapy program for youth at-risk and families in crisis).  Marco Polo updates of her drive down have been few but fun!
