Buying a house!!

I have been looking hard for a place for Ethan to rent in Pocatello for school next year.  The more I dig into the stranger Pocatello is to me!  It's so different than Logan.....here there are tons of large apartment complexes available for students.  In Pocatello, there are a few on campus options and one...yes ONE...apartment complex that you would traditionally think of when you think of a university town.  So perplexed.  Because of the lack of housing options, we actually started thinking about the possibility of buying a house to rent out to Ethan and a few other tenants.  So we looked up a few places and Clint made some appointments to look at them.  They day he was there he also drove around a bit and ended up at a house that was for sale, but the sign out front had been marked "under contract."  For some reason, he was prompted to call anyway.  Upon talking to the realtor he found out that the deal was actually about to fall through!  We seriously couldn't believe it.  The location was IDEAL and the price was great.  We scheduled a time to take a look at it and decided we were interested.  Now we just had to wait for things to get squared away with the previous offer and some work that the owners were going to do....and we would be ready to make an offer!  It was exciting and a little scary at the same time.

It's a cute little house.  Almost too nice to be a rental for some college boys, but I think we can make it work!
