Trail running with the girls: Smithfield Canyon to Tony Grove Lake

This run was amazing!  Saturday we decided to head from Smithfield Canyon to Tony Grove Lake.  It seems like it should be a lot longer than it is because it takes about an hour to drive through Logan Canyon to get to Tony Grove Lake.  Going up and over the mountain is only 9 miles!  The trail was a little over grown in places and it's a pretty tough climb up to the saddle, but soooo worth it!  the views were amazing and the wildflowers...gorgeous!!
